Per IYSA Rules each team needs the following for Registration:

All registration will be done in Got Sport 

There will be NO Friday or Saturday registration times. ALL REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED BY: MIDNIGHT MARCH 30th, 2024.

1. ALL TEAMS: Current IYSA Risk Management Certification & IYSA Organization Communicable Disease Agreement

2. IYSA TEAMS: IYSA Tournament Rosters & Guest Player Forms

3. NON-IYSA TEAMS:
• Valid State Association or US Soccer Affiliated Organization Rosters & Guest Player Forms
• Travel Permits
• IYSA Emergency Medical Release & Liability Waivers (“Waiver”) for players and coaches This form must not be altered.
• Form NT from Non-IYSA/USYS Teams
