Registration & Field Marshalls
 
Registration
Team registration will be Friday, May 9th from 6pm - 10pm and Saturday, May 10th from 8am - 11am. Reg istration will be done onsite at the SASA Complex. The registration "tent" will be in the concession stand through the double doors on the north side of the building. All teams are required to submit 2 copies of all paperwork. Each team is required to submit certified state roster, tournament roster, IYSA medical release forms, guest player forms, player cards and travel permits, if needed. We need both the certified roster and a tournament roster. Tournament roster, medical release forms and guest player forms are available on our web site.

Be sure to pick up any schedule changes at this time. Copies of certified state roster, tournament roster, medical release forms, guest player forms and travel permits must be left with the tournament and can not be returned. Please note a copier will NOT be available on site, so please bring 2 copies of all paperwork.


Field Marshalls/Team Check In
Field Marshalls will be located at the Field Marshall tent. The Field Marshall's tent is located south of the concession stand towards Field #5. As you walk from the concession stand towards the south fields there is a walk way in the fence separating the fields - the Marshall's tent is located at this opening.

All players and coaches must check-in at the tent prior to your first match. NOT AT THE FIELDS!

Cards should be dropped off at the tent prior to EACH match where they will be held until it's conclusion. The winning coach should obtain the signed scorecard from the referee and return it to the Field Marshall's Tent, where both teams can retrieve their player cards.
