SASA HIRES MAX ROOKE AS DIRECTOR OF COACHING

The Springfield Area Soccer Association (SASA) is pleased to announce the hiring of Max Rooke as its Director of Coaching. Max Rooke has extensive coaching experience at all levels. He also has ties to the English Premier League having played for Reading FC in 1996-1998. Max’s duties will include overseeing all soccer related activities to help attain our goal of making the overall experience better for our players. “SASA is very excited to have Max on board,” stated SASA president Jim Collins. “The hiring of Max will help SASA achieve our goal of becoming the premier club in Central Illinois.”

“I am grateful and honored to be given this opportunity,” said Rooke. “I look forward to continuing the growth of SASA as well as our relationship with the community.”
