Private Goalkeeper Training

Are you not getting enough reps as a goalkeeper at team practice? Running small group goalkeeper training based upon ability level 4-5 nights a week! See what Gk group best fits your needs. Or join large group club training on Thursday nights 4:30-5:15 U10-U12 or U13-Up 5:15-6:00pm.

Speed/Agility & Strength/Conditioning Group

Accepting 5 motivated and dedicated soccer athletes who are looking to get faster and stronger every Monday 5:30-6:30pm at the SASA Club House Gym.

Looking for an edge on the competition?

SAPP is for players looking to improve their athleticism by gaining speed, agility, acceleration, explosiveness, and strength while learning proper movement patterns to improve on-field performance and injury prevention.

Sign-ups for Fall SAPP Training are here! Free initial functional movement screen to assess risk of injury and current flexibility, balance and basic athletic movement patterns.

  • Weekly session every Monday 5:30-6:30pm
  • Each session meets 60 minutes once per week 
  • Maximum of 5 athletes per session
