SASA Athletic Performance Program SAPP

Registration Open - FALL 2 Session Starts October 19th

  • Fall 2: October 19th - December 17th (no sessions week of November 22nd for Thanksgiving)

We have decided to re-format SAPP to better fit the academic calendar for the fall and spring.
SAPP training will now feature 8-week cycles for $120 ($15/session), and the first start date of that format will be Tuesday, August 24th. A little more information on the subject has been posted to the SASA Spirits facebook page.
Hopefully this is not an inconvenience, and I'm hoping this new format will work out better for most of you. Please let me know if you have any questions, I am always more than happy to help. Thank you!
